ルシェンテ スタッフ募集のお知らせ
ルシェンテでは現在スタッフを募集しております。
（仕事内容）
■具体的な仕事の内容
フロアでの接客やイベントを盛り上げたり、
DJさんとのやりとり、グループ通知、
ラジオの切り替えなどなど。
■必要とされる経験、スキル・資格
みんなと仲良く、協力して仕事ができる方。
常識のある方。
気配りのできる方。
ボイスのできる方。
（営業中はボイスではありませんが、
スタッフミーティング等をボイスですることが多いので。）
営業中は人間アバターで接客可能な方。
（女子は女性アバターで、男子は男性アバターでお願いします。）
と、ずらずら書きましたが、難しいことはまったくありません。
スタッフ同士は先輩後輩などの上下関係もあまりなく、
和気藹々としてて楽しい仲間達です。
研修期間を設けますので、とりあえず体験というのも大歓迎です。
わからないことがあれば気軽に聞いてくださいね。

土曜日 22：00~25:00(延長あり)
たまに突発営業あり。
現在は土曜日のみですが営業日が変わることもあります。
（待遇について）
■報酬
個人チップジャー 100㌫支給
スタッフチップジャー 出勤人数で分配
＋
自給 100L$
（研修中は半額の50L$となります）
■休日・休暇
RL優先で無理しない程度に休んでください。
■待遇・福利厚生
イベントなどで衣装を揃えた場合は衣装代支給
もしホーム等がない方は、寮を設置させて頂くことも可能ですので、ご相談ください。
